MARIA DASILVA

Tax Preparer/ Account Manager

"There are various reasons why you would want to work for this company, one being it’s a family-owned company with values and not just another large company where you are just a number. Working here you feel like you are part of a team or family, from management to co-workers, everyone cares about you and is always willing to help whenever you need it, both professionally and personal. They are very understanding and accommodating with personal use time off if you have children or older parents you take care of. You work with a lot of different great clients, with different situations so work is never boring, there’s always opportunities to learn something new."

Insurance Agent, Customer Service

"I remember when I interviewed at E.P. Tremblay I was told “our employees work to live not live to work”.  I thought that was the best thing I’ve ever heard.  It meant the company appreciated their employees.  It couldn’t have been more accurate.  From the first day I was treated like this is where I belonged even at my age. I received training in office procedures as well as processed relating to my position. I was included in office decisions, met with Mark on a weekly basis to review our expectations of each other and was able to speak with Mark as situations with our insureds arose.  Mark made himself available.  I should also say the employees also included me as part of their team.  We shared office responsibilities and helped each other as needed.  They always made me feel comfortable.  I have no regrets on my decision to become an employee of E.P. Tremblay."
