Client Success Manager
A Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues, and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship
 

EP Tremblay’s mission is to serve clients – freeing them to do what they do best while providing answers to questions they didn’t know to ask and assistance they didn’t know they need. This role has a flexible schedule off-season and overtime options during tax season.
 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to complete projects and tasks related to assigned clients' bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and/or advisory engagements

  • Manage all client interaction (for assigned clients) including requests for service, service issues, taxing authority inquiries, etc.

  • Participate in the production and service of all firm clients deliverables (tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll & advisory services

  • Participate in marketing, sales, and account rounding
     

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years client management work experience

  • 2+ years individual and business tax preparation experience

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree with a major in accounting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and office software

  • 2+ years working with professional tax preparation software

  • 2+ years working with QuickBooks Desktop
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year working remote or hybrid (in office and remote)

  • 1+ year working with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Series Software

  • 1+ year working with QuickBooks Online

Working Conditions

  • 40+ hours per week during tax season 24 -40 hours outside of tax season

  • 1-3 days per week working remotely, 2-4 days per week working in the office

  • Required office hours during Tax Season: 
    Mon - Thurs 9am - 8pm | Fri - Sat 9am - 5pm

  • Required office hours during Off-Season: 
    Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm

  • Training provided as needed. A training plan will be created and customized to the candidates' needs for the first 3-6 months after onboarding. Then annually.

  • Minimum utilization requirement (minimum number of billable hours/week)
